Annual environmental report
Because OVET is fully aware of the effects on the environment of storage and transshipment activities of mainly black goods, measures are being taken in order to restrict the consequences of these activities. The annual environmental report gives an overview of the facts on the environmental field, about the set year. It consists of seven chapters.
After the introduction in chapter one, chapter two discusses the implementation of the environmental programme of the set year, and chapter three describes the environmental programme composed for the coming new year. Chapter four deals with dust emissions and chapter five discusses discharge into surface water. Chapter six treats the external communication and the last chapter is about sustainability.
